...making my first proper meal
now i woulda taken a picture but id already started eating and i think half eating pictures are really weird, so yeah i made rice and sauce and chicken. just like at home, my chicken is famous :)
one of the room mates even came in and was all oooh wow that smells good! you could tell it wasnt even fake cause it was like a shocked wow not a forced staged one
im well proud of myself, i do love to cook

i really dont understand it but im about to start it now and when im done i will explain it and you can see it and tell me what you think of my ninja drawing skills
...going food shopping
which i tend to do every other day so far, especially after the one incident where i bruised my left shoulder from carrying back stuff from quite a long distance, never again.
Today i got onions, angle cake, beef, salt and viniger crisps, pasta, apple juice (Tesco meal deal)

Was a sports fair and we literally joined a million things and got emails inviting us to places and stuff, the basketball tryouts was at 5, and thats the time my lecture ended, so i was just planning to slink home.
Unfortunatly my friend caught me and was all...your still coming right?
i was all....ah shite i forgot and im wearing jeans:/
then she was all...im wearing shorts under my joggers so you can use the joggers
and i was all....erm yeah thanks okay.
Met a few new people and exchanged a few more digits and of course
played some Bball
which i havent done since the 5month record of year 11
granted after running up the court once i was out of breath
in my defence ive been living off junk food for the past week
and i havent actually gone to the gym religiously for at least 4 months
plus staminas not my strong point ^^
so yeah i played, and didnt make the team
:O i know i was surprised as well.
but they said we were free to come down and play friendlies on a sunday
so i might just take them up on that
its weird cause i dont think ive ever been on a sports team or gone to an after school club since my year5 days of gymnastics
so yeah, look at me :)

obviously ive met guys before, i did go to a mixed day,nursary,primary,secondary school but its a little weird here cause know, even with the unabashed freedom the guys cling to the guys and the girls are clinging to the girls. Instinct i suppose.

made the 10minute walk to the campus
took the elevator to the 10th floor
and walked into a room full of black people
Ha yes i made that sound more offencive than i needed to

major culture shock coming all the way up here and seeing no afro/asain/mixed people
esp after living in londo for....ever
but yeah we get a bunch of perks

Granted it was just a lame-o sculpture park but i hung out with more than one person and had a bit of a alaugh despite the cold, drizzle, flat shoes, mud and pointlessness of the entire day.
Did eat the most amazing chips whilst i was there...

i know this isnt a new thing, so your wondering why its one the whole "Look at Me..." blog
but its only casue i said i wouldnt unless i had to, esp cause i have to pass this year or i cant go on to next year, making this whole foundation course a waste of time and monies
in my defence it wasnt anything significant, just a health and safty thing.
unfortunatly, the one i decide not to turn up to is the one that we got registered for

Day of arrival i actually went out withe the girl in my flat and the guys in the flat upstairs
and not only did i do this on the saturday, but the sunday as well.
Socialising isnt my strong point as i tend to have this thing against people, and yes i do realise how harsh this is but its not a rude thing. Just a weired me thing.
This isnt to say i dont like the people i already know, cause i love me, its just a new people thing where i tend to not make an effort to get to know about their little lives. It doesnt really add up if you thing about all the people i do know.
So yeah thats why it was weird that i was actually making convosation with these boring people, asking about their course, where they lived and blah blah blah.
I gave up with a few people who didnt reciprocate and gave lame 1word answers, trust me i can tell when someone doesnt want to answer questions i throw off the same vibe, but stronger :)
